Chicken Pineapple Thai Curry



Hello There, let's travel to Thailand through this delicious meal,

We have dicovered Thai food when trying to do easy but tasty and spicy meals, we began with trying some recepes of cook books, and from that day we are doing thai food regularly, throughly addicted :) :)

Coconut milk is an essential ingredient here, you should aulways have a stock at home, just in case ;),

Thai food is a rich and variant cooking, we can have fruits ( Mangue, pineapple ...), and fruits secs ( peanuts, almonds, noix ...) with proteins ( meat, fish, chicken ), all in one plate and tasting sooo good,

For those who do not like spicy food, you can use less of curry paste ;)

For this meal you'll need :


For 2 People

1 table spoon of oil
1 Onion
1 to 2 Table spoons of curry Penang paste
20 cl of coconut milk
15 cl of broth chiken
250g of minced chicken
1 table spoon of soya sauce
1 table spoon of brown sugar
50g of peanuts/Almonds
175g of fresh pineapple
2cm of Ginger ( Optional )
